KDX125 is als 'object' ontworpen voor een private kunstcollectie met recente Britse kunst, films en literatuur. Een robuust betonvolume is voorzien van baywindows – grote erkers die de overgang vormen tussen binnen en buiten. Het programma is ondergebracht in meer besloten ruimtes. Op de begane grond een bibliotheek, filmprojectieruimte en een bar. Op de verdieping de expositieruimtes. Een volumehoge circulatieruimte met trappen en bordessen verbindt de verschillende ruimtes met elkaar. De interne route leidt naar een dakpatio waar via een brede gevelopening het omliggende park zichtbaar is. Het beton van de buitengevel is voorzien van een toeslag van koper en limestone om het object te doen opgaan in het decor van het park.

KDX125 is designed as a 'site-specific object' for a private art collection of recent British art, films and literature. A robust concrete volume is equipped with baywindows – large windows that provide the transition between inside and outside. The program is housed in more confined spaces. On the ground floor are a library, projection room and a bar. On the first floor the exhibition spaces. A volume height circulation space with stairs and platforms, connects the different spaces with each other. The internal route leads to a roofpatio where through a wide opening the surrounding park is visible. The concrete of the outside wall has a supplement of copper and lime stone to let the object merge into the scenery of the park.
